I love those viral "Fail" videos that get passed around, but I think this one takes the cake. I've already watched it nearly 15 times and am still laughing out loud:
Like most guys at the gym, he's taking himself so seriously until his little mishap. Even more hilarious that his head gets hooked into the cradle of his knee as he falls over with the machine. So painful, yet so funny.

I think what's most amusing is what he must have been thinking as the machine was tipping to the side in slow motion.

I won't write "haha" or "LOL" but I will just say this...me and the hubs are a tad obsessed with fail blog. I say a tad because I believe we've seen almost every fail and we regularly check it to see the new ones that are added. This is one of the things we do on boring week nights to give ourselves a good break from the seriousness of work. Needless to say I enjoyed this post immensely! That's what I call a serious gym fail!

Lauren: Me and my husband get sucked into the "fail" blog too. We start showing each other a video or two, and 30 minutes later we are still hysterically laughing and watching videos. It's addictive. ;)
